Will I get a Diploma?
The make up artist industry is not regulated by any international awarding body and by having a currently offered qualification never ensures you will get work. In the make up artist industry you are only judged in fashion on your portfolio (photographic proof of your work) or in TV and film a show reel and of course your personality. The truth is that if you have the creative flair and a willingness to learn you can do this by assisting a make up artist and without any qualification. Schools are there only to fast track knowledge and understanding of the industry - they don’t qualify you to work. There are a number of top make up artists in the industry doing magazines like Vogue and TV and feature films who have never done any make up training who are now big make up artists.
You will receive a Diploma of Completion from our makeup course. The Diploma represents that you have completed a course of professional makeup training.
